What is security awareness training?
Security awareness training teaches your employees to recognise cyber threats and respond appropriately. Topics include phishing emails, social engineering, password security, and the safe handling of company data. Lumyo Awareness delivers this as short, interactive web-based modules that fit into a busy workday, not boring presentations, but practical learning that sticks.
How long does the training take?
Each module takes 10 to 15 minutes, deliberately short so employees stay focused. There are six core modules, which can be offered individually or as a complete training programme. Employees access the training through a web portal, no downloads or installations required. At their own pace, whenever it suits them.
Can the training be customised for our organisation?
Yes. We can tailor the modules to your industry, specific threats your organisation faces, or your brand identity. Contact us to discuss the options.
What is the difference between the training and the phishing simulation?
The phishing simulation tests whether your employees fall for a phishing attack. The training teaches them to recognise threats before they click. Both are part of Lumyo Awareness and work together: simulate first to gain insight, then train those who need it most.
Is a phishing simulation legal?
Yes, provided it is carried out with formal permission from the organisation. Every simulation is set out in a written assignment. Depending on the collective labour agreement or company regulations, the works council may also need to agree. We never run a simulation without explicit written permission from the client.
What does a phishing simulation cost?
A one-off phishing simulation costs from € 1,250. The annual programme with 10 campaigns costs € 1.50 per employee per month (€ 18 per year), with a minimum of € 250 per year. For both options a one-off onboarding fee of € 350 comes on top. All rates are on the phishing simulation page.
When will the training platform be available?
